Being tired and not having the energy to do things has become way too normalized in today’s society.

You wake up groggy and float through the first couple of hours on autopilot. After a long workday, the last thing you want to do is head to the gym, let alone cook dinner or spend quality time with your partner. Your energy levels just aren’t where they used to be, or where they ought to be.

Chugging energy drinks or coffee just to shake off the tiredness is probably nothing new to you. Maybe you’ve even tried caffeine pills or various powders. But no matter the method, the end result is always the same.

The problem is, you don’t get an immediate hit, since it takes time for the caffeine to pass through your digestive system. On top of that, all you’re really getting is caffeine and sugar, which quickly drains your body’s B-vitamin stores. Before we launched in July 2026, we ran a consumer perception study where 452 people took either 2 or 4 pouches a day for 30 days, then filled in a survey to report the effects they felt.
