You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund customers if we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

Our products are sold as dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

4. ORDERS AND PRICING
(a) Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
(b) All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT or taxes for your region. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and added to your total.
(c) We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store payment card data.
(d) A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders prior to dispatch and will issue a full refund in such cases.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchase a subscription product:
- Your subscription will renew automatically at the frequency you selected.
- You will be charged the subscription price at the start of each renewal period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@sznpouches.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

6. EU AND UK CONSUMER RIGHTS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires at hello@sznpouches.com. You must return the products at your own expense within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the original purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been opened and used
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, available on the website. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. EU and UK consumer protection laws that cannot be contracted out of remain in full force.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. However, if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
