Caffeine pouches are small white pouches that contain caffeine instead of nicotine or tobacco. You place one under your upper lip and the caffeine is absorbed through the lining of your mouth. Each SZN pouch contains 100 mg of caffeine plus vitamins B1, B5, B6 and B12, with no nicotine, tobacco or sugar.

One SZN pouch contains 100 mg of caffeine, about the same as a cup of brewed coffee. The difference is that there's nothing to drink, and the pouch has no sugar or calories.

EFSA, the EU food safety authority, considers up to 400 mg of caffeine a day safe for healthy adults. The US FDA says that amount is not generally associated with negative effects. Count caffeine from coffee, tea and energy drinks too. Caffeine pouches are not suitable for children, pregnant women or people sensitive to caffeine.

Use no more than four SZN pouches a day, spread out over the day. Four pouches contain 400 mg of caffeine, the amount EFSA considers safe for healthy adults. If you also drink coffee or energy drinks, use fewer pouches.

Most people feel the effect within a few minutes. The caffeine is absorbed through the lining of your mouth and reaches your bloodstream without passing through your stomach first.

An SZN pouch releases caffeine for up to 90 minutes while it's in. Once absorbed, caffeine has an average half-life of about 4 hours in adults, which is how long it takes your body to break down half of it. That's why you may keep feeling the effect for a few hours after you take the pouch out. How long you feel it varies from person to person.

The functional ingredients in the pouch absorb through your oral mucosa and skips the GI-system entirely. Caffeine affects people differently. Too much caffeine, or caffeine late in the day, can make it harder to sleep, and some people notice restlessness or a faster heartbeat. Stay within four pouches a day, including caffeine from other drinks, and use fewer if you are sensitive to caffeine.

Dentists are reporting increased cases of gum recession. There are two main reasons for this.
1. Nicotine chokes the blood supply to your gums by constricting the blood vessels.
2. Nicotine pouches are made alkaline (a pH of 8 and higher) to give a stronger "kick". That elevated pH irritates and dries out the soft tissue in your mouth, wearing down the gum line over time.

We currently ship domestically within Sweden and to most European countries (including Norway and Denmark) as well as the United Arab Emirates. We also ship to the United States. However, since the de minimis rules are no longer in effect, US customers are subject to an additional 15% customs fee.

Norwegian customers will be subject to a handling fee (80 NOK) as well as an additional 15% VAT to be paid upon delivery (DDU/DAP).

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are:

Sweden, Norway & Denmark: 2–3 business days (via Bring PickUp & Box).
Rest of Europe, UAE & USA: 3–7 business days (via DHL Express Priority Shipping).

Sweden: 49 SEK standard. We offer Free Priority Express Shipping on orders over 499 SEK.

Europe: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer Free Priority Express Shipping to selected European countries, the UAE and the US on orders over 49€.

If you are ordering from outside the standard EU VAT area (for example, Norway), your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since all our products directly sold here are nicotine-free, they are generally classified as dietary supplements or food products, but please check your local customs rules.

All US orders are subject to a 15% customs fee.

If your package is delivered to a Bring or DHL collection point and is not picked up within the courier's specified timeframe (usually 7–14 days), it will be returned to our warehouse. For all uncollected packages, we deduct an administrative return fee of €10 / 100 SEK from your refund.

You can track your order in the Shop-app & on the Bring-app. Once your order has been dispatched from our Swedish warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey via Bring or DHL.

Yes. Every first subscription and starter pack order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason SZN isn't for you, email hello@sznpouches.com within 30 days of delivery, send the used cans back, and cover a flat €10 / 100 SEK return-shipping fee. Once they're back with us, we refund your full order.

Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, because our pouches are consumable products intended for oral use, they are classified as hygiene items. We can only accept returns if the cans are completely unopened, unused, and the protective seal is fully intact.

That's for changed-your-mind returns on sealed cans. If you opened them, gave SZN a real go, and it's still not for you, that's covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee above (used cans welcome).

Please access your account at account.sznpouches.com to request a return or email our customer service team at hello@sznpouches.com with your Order Number. Do not send items back without a Return Request or by contacting us first. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Well that would suck. Please take a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item and email us at hello@sznpouches.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the shipping costs to resolve the issue and send you a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

We process orders very quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us immediately. If the order has already been processed or handed over to our couriers, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can return it to us once it arrives (provided it remains unopened).
