How does free merch work?
We offer merch free of charge for those willing to sign a contract committing to becoming obsessed.
We're not about trying to profit from selling merch - our mission is to inspire and fuel the individuals pursuing greatness.
All merchandise we create are limited runs and given away for free. Each request is handled manually on a case-by-case basis.

What can I expect?
Expect an immediate shift in your focus. Within minutes of placing the pouch, you'll feel a distinct, clean tingling sensation under your lip. That's the fast-acting formula delivering active energy directly through the oral mucosa. There's no sudden jolt or jittery spike; instead, it locks you into a sustained, clear-headed flow state.
How many pouches should I use in a day?
Most agency guidelines recommend 400mg of caffeine intake as the daily maximum.
That would equal 4 SZN pouches per day, or 8 cans per month, which is what the average SZN-enjoyer consumes. You could obviously use as few as 1, or as many as 10+ pouches daily (like our COO does).
Everyone has a different level of tolerance, so best practice is probably to just fafo.
How do I use SZN pouches?
Simply apply the pouch between your upper lip and gum. The effect kicks in rapidly, but the flavor lasts for up to 90 minutes. Discard the pouch in the can or in the trash.
What flavors do you offer?
Our current product lineup consists of Peach, Citrus, and Original. Peach features a more candy-like flavor profile, Citrus is insanely fresh, and Original literally tastes like an energy drink.
All our pouches are ultra long-lasting with a consistent release of up to 90 minutes.
What exactly is in the pouch?
Plant fiber (MCC), caffeine, water, erythritol, flavorings, E1520 (propylene glycol), E500 (sodium carbonate), sodium chloride, sucralose, vitamin B5, vitamin B12, acesulfame K, vitamin B6, and vitamin B1.
When should I use SZN pouches?
Use it throughout your day to stay locked in. SZN is designed to be integrated into your workflow, not to interrupt it. Pop a pouch when you sit down to focus, before a high-stakes meeting, or whenever you need to maintain that "flow state" without the bulk of a liquid beverage.
Is there any nicotine in the pouches?
No. All our products are 100% tobacco & nicotine-free.
Are there any side effects?
SZN pouches are designed for superior delivery via the oral mucosa, and free of calories to prevent the crashes associated with outdated energy drinks. However, using too many pouches in a day, or using pouches late in the evening might make it a bit difficult to sleep.
What is the shelf life?
Sealed: 18 months. Once open, consume within two weeks. If the pouches harden, simply massage the pouch gently before applying under your lip. The pouch will soften with a bit of saliva and work just as well in terms of functional energy, even if it's dried out a bit.

Retail
Can I buy SZN pouches in physical stores?
Kinda. We are working with a select few venues in Sweden that offer our products in an effort to supply builders with discreet, fast-acting energy.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship domestically within Sweden and to most European countries (including Norway and Denmark) as well as the United Arab Emirates. We also ship to the United States. However, since the de minimis rules are no longer in effect, US customers are subject to an additional 15% customs fee.
Norwegian customers will be subject to a handling fee (80 NOK) as well as an additional 15% VAT to be paid upon delivery (DDU/DAP).
What's the delivery time and which courier do you use?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are:
Sweden, Norway & Denmark: 1–3 business days (via Bring PickUp & Box).
Rest of Europe, UAE & USA: 3–7 business days (via DHL Express Priority Shipping).
How much does shipping cost?
Sweden: 49 SEK standard. We offer Free Priority Express Shipping on orders over 499 SEK.
Europe: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer Free Priority Express Shipping to selected European countries, the UAE and the US on orders over 49€.
Will I have to pay customs and duties?
If you are ordering from outside the standard EU VAT area (for example, Norway), your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since all our products directly sold here are nicotine-free, they are generally classified as dietary supplements or food products, but please check your local customs rules.
All US orders are subject to a 15% customs fee.
What happens if I forget to pick up my package?
If your package is delivered to a Bring or DHL collection point and is not picked up within the courier's specified timeframe (usually 7–14 days), it will be returned to our warehouse. For all uncollected packages, we deduct an administrative return fee of €10 / 100 SEK from your refund.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order in the Shop-app & on the Bring-app. Once your order has been dispatched from our Swedish warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey via Bring or DHL.
Subscriptions
How does subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are available on our 5-Packs. Pick a delivery frequency of every 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks and we'll handle the rest.
All subscribers get 10% off every order.
You can pause, change frequency, or cancel anytime from your account at account.sznpouches.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
It's super easy. Once you've signed up for a subscription, you'll receive an email with your subscription purchase and a link to manage your subscription. Click the link to visit our website and either change delivery schedule or cancel the subscription altogether.
Can I use discount codes with my subscription?
We never offer seasonal or influencer discount codes, but we do offer a 10% discount on subscriptions.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, because our pouches are consumable products intended for oral use, they are classified as hygiene items. We can only accept returns if the cans are completely unopened, unused, and the protective seal is fully intact.
How do I make a return?
Please access your account at account.sznpouches.com to request a return or email our customer service team at hello@sznpouches.com with your Order Number. Do not send items back without a Return Request or by contacting us first. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
What if I received a damaged product?
Well that would suck. Please take a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item and email us at hello@sznpouches.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the shipping costs to resolve the issue and send you a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
Orders & payments
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us immediately. If the order has already been processed or handed over to our couriers, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can return it to us once it arrives (provided it remains unopened).
