Anti-Spam Policy
Effective date: 14 July 2026. Applies to SZN LABS AB and all domains it operates, including sznpouches.com, collabs.sznpouches.com, outreach.sznpouches.com, meetszn.com and freshszn.com.
Our position
SZN LABS AB ("SZN", "we") strictly prohibits the advertising or promotion of this web site, our products, or any domain we operate through unsolicited bulk email (spam) or any other form of unsolicited messaging. This prohibition applies to our own team, our contractors, and every partner, affiliate, ambassador or creator who works with us.
What we require of all email sent on our behalf
- Email is sent only to individually selected recipients as targeted, one-to-one business correspondence, or to recipients who have opted in to hear from us.
- Every message truthfully identifies SZN LABS AB as the sender, uses accurate subject lines, and includes a working reply address.
- Any recipient may opt out at any time by replying to the message or contacting us at the address below. Opt-outs are honored promptly and permanently.
- We never buy bulk email lists, never send to harvested or scraped addresses, and never use misleading headers or sender identities.
Partners, affiliates and creators
Any partner, affiliate, ambassador or creator found advertising our sites or products through unsolicited bulk email or messaging will have their agreement terminated immediately and any outstanding commissions forfeited. We do not accept traffic, sign-ups or sales generated by spam.
Compliance
We operate in accordance with applicable email marketing legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU ePrivacy Directive, and the US CAN-SPAM Act.
Reporting abuse
If you believe you have received unsolicited email advertising an SZN LABS AB web site, report it to us at hello@sznpouches.com and include the full message headers. We investigate every report and act on confirmed violations.
